In addition to the guidance, the FTA has also published Cabinet Decision No. (41) of 2018 on Introducing the Tax Refunds for Tourist Scheme, which provides for the mechanism and implementation of the scheme no later than 1 January 2019, and Cabinet Decision No. (42) of 2018 On Marking Tobacco and Tobacco Product, which provides the rules for applying stamps, seal, or marks on tobacco and tobacco products to indicate that tax has been paid.
