According to an update from the OECD published 10 January 2022, Moldova and Uganda have joined the Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement on Automatic Exchange of Financial Account Information (MCAA). The MCAA provides for the exchange of information under the OECD Common Reporting Standard (CRS). According to the update, Moldova and Uganda intend to exchange information under CRS from September 2023.
