Sierra Leone's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Corporation has announced the government's approval of four bilateral agreements with Turkey, which were laid before parliament for ratification on 16 November 2021. This includes the pending income tax treaty signed with Turkey on 3 November 2020. The treaty is the first of its kind between the two countries and will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged.
