The Orbitax Drive provides secure cloud storage for all your tax related documentation. By adding the premium features, you will be able to enhance your company’s Orbitax Drive with a range of collaboration and data collection features.
The premium features allow you to upload a file such as PDF (fillable or non-fillable) or Excel and convert into a questionnaire format which can be completed by mapping data already saved inside Orbitax or via a data survey that is filled out by assigned stakeholders.
In addition to populating missing data, uploading Microsoft Office documents and PDF files to the Orbitax Drive enables other features including capturing all review comments, cloud storage, automated document translation between all languages (while maintaining the formatting of the original document), and pushing the filled-out data from the documents into multiple other formats including third-party solutions (via API connections).

The Excel editor allows you to collaboratively work on your Excel spreadsheets with your colleagues directly inside the Orbitax Drive, or can be used to distribute as a questionnaire for respondents to complete independently. All changes and new values are tracked and displayed in the Activity Tracker. You can also create a Workbook Set by connecting multiple single workbooks into one single file, which even allows complex calculations between workbooks using Excel formulas.
Create and send questionnaires either by adding your own questions/fields or selecting existing fields from the Orbitax International Tax Platform (ITP), or by converting the fields in a PDF or Excel file using the handy questionnaire conversion tool. Questionnaires can be populated from data already saved in the ITP databases or distributed to stakeholders and responses can be reviewed using the intuitive review screen, with color coding and highlighting to show updates/changes.
Use the Translation feature on your documents, which provides powerful built-in translation for any document (electronic or scanned) into one of 80 languages, as well as currency conversion and a comparison feature for translated documents.
The Orbitax Drive can be supercharged with the Orbitax Executable Actions Tool (E.A.T.) which allows you to create, share and execute custom business processes based on conditional steps and actions. The workflow, once set up, can be automatically maintained and distributed to stakeholders at pre-set frequencies.
