2.1. Main Formation Requirements
Key steps to be followed for registering a company are:
- Reserving a unique name of the company with GER
- Opening a corporate bank account for depositing the initial capital
- Registering the company with the DCCA
- Obtaining a registration number from the Greenland Tax Authority
- Registering the company with the GER
- Obtaining a trading license from the Home Rule Government Administration
- Notifying Greenland tax authority of the employment of workers
