The tax information exchange agreement between Poland and the Bahamas will enter into force on 29 September 2014. The agreement, signed 28 June 2013, is the first of its kind between the two countries. it will retroactively apply for all criminal tax matters from 1 January 2004, and for all other matters from the date of its entry into force.
