As previously reported, the OECD published an update on 17 February 2026, indicating that Canada had signed the Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement on the Exchange of GloBE Information (GIR MCAA) on 6 February 2025. As expected, this has now been corrected to indicate that Canada signed the GIR MCAA on 6 February 2026, not 2025.
