On 9 June 2008, the OECD published the comments received on the draft contents 2008 update of the Model Tax Convention(MTC).

On 21 April 2008, the OECD Committee of Fiscal Affairs (CFA) published the draft contents of the 2008 Update to the MTC and invited interested parties to send their comments on the 2008 update before 31 May 2008.

The CFA received a number of comments with respect to some of the proposed amendments to the commentaries of the MTC from the Business and Industry Advisory Committee to the OECD (BIAC) and other organizations. The comments can be found on the OECD Website.
