China Expands Scope of Exported Services Zero-Rated for VAT
On 30 October 2015, China's Ministry of Finance and State Administration of Taxation (SAT) jointly issued Circular 118/2015, which expands the scope of exported services that are zero-rated for value added tax purposes (VAT).
