The local STAs (State Taxation Administration) announced adding seven more regions to the fully digitalized invoicing pilot, including Anhui, Beijing, Guizhou, Hunan, Ningxia, Qinghai, and Shandong. Selected taxpayers in those regions can issue fully digitalized invoices from 1 November.
