OrbitaxProtocol to treaty between Singapore and Australia enters into force

The amending protocol, signed on 8 September 2009, to the Singapore-Australia income tax treaty of 11 February 1969, as amended by the 1989 protocol, will enter into force on 22 December 2010. The protocol generally applies from 22 December 2010. Details of the protocol will be reported subsequently.
