On 13 November 2023, Rwanda's Chamber of Deputies (lower house of parliament) approved the law for the ratification of the pending income tax treaty with South Korea. The treaty, signed 13 September 2023, is the first of its kind between the two countries and will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged.
