On 3 May 2012, the Government submitted the Bill dated 30 April 2013 to the Congress (Bill 8269-05) concerning tax amendments to the tax system with the purpose to finance the education system, to provide relief to the middle class, to bolster economic growth, and to reduce tax avoidance.

Unless expressly stated below, the Bill does not provide for the effective date of the tax amendments.
