On 25 September 2013, the China (People's Rep.) - Switzerland Income and Capital Tax Treaty (2013) was signed, in Beijing. Once in force and effective, the new treaty will replace the China (People's Rep.) - Switzerland Income and Capital Tax Treaty (1990).
