The income and capital tax treaty and protocol between Colombia and Chile, signed on 19 April 2007, entered into force on 22 December 2009. The treaty generally applies from 1 January 2010.

Note. The transport treaty between Colombia and Chile, signed on 19 March 1970, is revoked as from 1 January 2010.
