On 25 May 2018, Turkey published General Communiqué No. 15 in the Official Gazette, which concerns the repeal of the tax exemption incentive for qualifying regional management centers. The incentive is repealed effective 1 January 2019, but for existing regional management centers that have already been approved as of that date, the incentive is grandfathered until 1 January 2022.
