U.S. Senator Bob Menendez (D-NJ), Chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, announced on 29 March 2022 that the Committee has decided to advance the pending 2010 income and capital tax treaty with Chile. The treaty must now be brought to the Senate floor for a full vote.
