Users are expected to:
- Use XatBot solely for lawful, professional, and research-related purposes.
- Ensure outputs are reviewed by qualified professionals before being relied upon for decision-making.
- Respect intellectual property rights of third parties when using input materials.
- Protect confidential or sensitive data by following applicable data privacy laws and organizational policies.
- Attribute the XatBot’s role in research or analysis when required by internal or external reporting standards.
- Share outputs only for lawful personal or business purposes, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, organizational policies, and contractual obligations.
4. Fair Usage Guidelines
4.1 Human Use Only
XatBot is intended for human interaction. Automated access methods are prohibited, including:
- Scripts, bots, or macros for sending queries
- API scraping or bulk data extraction tools
- Any other automated query systems
4.2 Daily Query Limits
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, users may submit up to 200 queries per day.
- Exceeding this limit may trigger temporary restrictions or require review and approval by Orbitax Support.
4.3 Excessive or Abnormal Usage
Orbitax may restrict or suspend accounts that negatively impact service stability. Examples include:
- Large bursts of queries (e.g., more than 50 queries per minute).
- Repetitive, identical, or automated questions.
- Continuous high-volume queries exceeding daily limits over multiple days.
5. Prohibited Actions
Users must not:
- Use XatBot to provide or imply legal, tax, or financial advice without appropriate professional oversight.
- Upload, process, or analyze data that violates confidentiality obligations, data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA), or contractual restrictions.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or misuse proprietary models, datasets, or algorithms underlying XatBot.
- Circumvent access controls, licensing restrictions, or usage limits.
- Employ XatBot for fraudulent, malicious, discriminatory, or harmful activities (including generating misleading or deceptive content).
- Mass-extract or systematically reproduce outputs for purposes that compete with Orbitax’s offerings.
- Engage in activities that could harm the Orbitax system, including hacking or service disruption attempts.
- Redistribute, sublicense, or resell XatBot outputs in any form without explicit authorization from Orbitax.
6. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for keeping their account information secure and reporting any suspicious activities to Orbitax Support promptly.
7. Monitoring and Enforcement
- Usage is monitored through system logs and analytics.
- Violations may result in:
- Temporary restrictions
- Account suspension
- Permanent termination of access
- Users will be notified via email if enforcement actions are taken and may contact Orbitax Support for clarification or appeal.
8. Data Handling and Privacy
- User-provided data remains the responsibility of the User.
- Sensitive personal or corporate data must not be uploaded unless permitted under contract and applicable law.
- Orbitax does not use user-provided content to train its AI models, unless explicit consent has been granted.
- Orbitax may collect metadata for service improvement, subject to Orbitax’s Privacy Policy.
9. Liability and Disclaimer
- XatBot is an assistive technology; outputs do not constitute definitive legal, tax, or financial advice.
- The provider disclaims liability for decisions made solely on the basis of XatBot’s outputs. Users remain accountable for professional judgment.
10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute regarding fair usage, users agree to attempt resolution through Orbitax Support before seeking further legal action.
11. Updates
This Policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of XatBot constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
