Turkey published the Property Tax Law General Communiqué No. 82 in the Official Gazette on 30 December 2022, which adjusts the Valuable Housing Tax Brackets for 2023. This includes the following tax brackets and rates:

• over TRY 9,967,000 up to TRY 14,951,000 - 0.3%
• over TRY 14,951,000 up to TRY 19,936,000 - 0.6%
• over TRY 19,936,000 - 1.0%

The General Communiqué entered into force on 1 January 2023.
