Turkey's Revenue Administration has issued two releases reminding taxpayers of the 31 March 2022 deadline for the payment of certain installments under the laws on the restructuring of public receivables (tax debts), including Law No. 7256 of 11 November 2020 and Law No. 7326 of 3 June 2021. The 31 March deadline applies for the 8th installment payment period for debts restructured under Law No. 7256 and for the 4th installment payment period for debts restructured under Law No. 7326. As previously reported, both laws provided for a restructuring amnesty regime in respect of most taxes, customs duties, social security, administrative fines, late payment interest and penalties, etc. In addition to reminding taxpayers of the deadline, both releases also provide information on how installment payments can be made.
