Turkey's Revenue Administration issued a release on 16 August 2021 to remind taxpayers of the opportunity to restructure their tax obligations under Law No. 7326 on Restructuring Public Receivables and Amending Certain Laws. As previously reported, the main measures of the law are for a new tax amnesty regime for outstanding public receivables including most taxes, customs duties, social security, administrative fines, late payment interest and penalties, etc. For this purpose, the release notes that applications must be made by 31 August 2021.
