Argentina Establishes Rules for Exemption from Increased Personal Property (Assets) Tax on Foreign Property

Argentina has published Decree 912/2021 of 30 December 2021, which established rules for an exemption from the increased personal property (assets) tax rates for foreign property. The decree entered into force on 31 December 2021.
