Argentina Extends Corporate Income Tax Deadlines for 2021 and Approves New Application Program for Filing

Argentina has published General Resolution 5189/2022 of 28 April 2022, which provides for the extension of the corporate income tax return and payment deadlines for fiscal years ending in December 2021. This includes an extension of the deadlines for the filing of tax returns to between 23 and 26 May 2022, with the exact date depending on the taxpayer ID number (CUIT). For payment, the deadlines are extended to between 24 and 27 May 2022.
