Argentina Extends Individual Tax Return Deadlines for 2025

The Argentine tax authority (ARCA) has announced an exceptional extension for both the filing and payment of Income Tax (Ganancias), Personal Assets Tax (Bienes Personales), and Schedular Tax (Impuesto Cedular) for the 2025 fiscal period. The deadline is extended to 27 July 2026 for individuals and undivided estates, under both the general tax regime and the simplified regime. Further, the deadline for submitting certain financial disclosures is extended to 31 July 2026.
