Argentina Suspends Tax Collection Measures for Healthcare Sector

Argentina has published General Resolution 5408/2023, which provides for the suspension of the initiation of collection lawsuits and the application of enforced collection measures for taxpayers in the healthcare sector. The suspension is provided until 31 December 2023 for taxpayers engaged in the healthcare activities specified in the annex to the General Resolution.
