Austrian Council of Ministers Authorizes Signing of Amending Protocol to Tax Treaty with Switzerland

During its meeting on 1 July 2026, the Austrian Council of Ministers authorized the signing of an amending protocol to the 1974 income and capital tax treaty with Switzerland. The protocol will be the sixth to amend the treaty and must be signed and ratified before entering into force.
