Azerbaijan and Cambodia Hold Second Round of Tax Treaty Negotiations

On 11 September 2026, Azerbaijan's State Tax Service (STS) announced the conclusion of the second round of negotiations for an income tax treaty with Cambodia, with agreement reached on all tax-related provisions of the draft treaty. The treaty will be the first of its kind between the two countries and must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
