Cambodia Cuts VAT Rate on Gasoline and Diesel Until Further Notice

Cambodia's General Department of Taxation (GDT) has published Instruction on Value Added Tax Relief Measures for the Supply of Petroleum Products (Regular Gasoline and Diesel). The instruction explains that the government has decided to reduce the VAT rate on the import and supply of gasoline and diesel from 10% to 4%, effective from 20 March 2026, with the state assuming the difference (6%). The reduction applies until further notice.
