Colombia Publishes New Decree on Additional Measures to Address State of Emergency

Colombia has published Decree No. 0240 of 12 March 2026, which introduces additional measures to generate the necessary revenue to address the state of emergency declared through Decree No. 0150 of 11 February 2026 in response to catastrophic floods and weather events earlier in the year.
