The Colombian tax authority (DIAN) has published Resolution No. 000019 of 10 March 2020, which prescribes Form 120 (Informative Transfer Pricing Return) and Form 220 (Certificate of Income and Withholdings) for the 2019 tax year and Form 300 (Declaration of Sales Tax - VAT) for the 2020 tax year. Each form includes certain changes as compared to prior versions.
