Congressman Ron Estes Introduces U.S. Innovation and Global Competitiveness Act of 2026, Including BEAT, NCTI, and FDDEI Changes

United States Congressman Ron Estes has issued a release announcing the introduction of the U.S. Innovation and Global Competitiveness Act of 2026 on 17 September 2026. As explained in the release, measures of the Act would:
