Findings and Proposed Actions Resulting from USTR Section 301 Investigations Relating to Failures to Take Action on Forced Labor

The United States Trade Representative has announced its findings and proposed actions resulting from the Section 301 investigations into 60 countries (economies) that were initiated in March 2026 to assess whether foreign governments have taken sufficient steps to prevent the importation of goods produced with forced labor.
