The Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IRBM) has issued the Guide to Filling a Notice of Appeal (Form Q), dated 23 August 2024. The guide is available on the IRBM Appeal guidance webpage and should be read together with Public Ruling No.7/2020 (Appeal Against An Assessment And Application For Relief). The guide is applicable to individual taxpayers and taxpayers other than individuals.
