The Jersey government has issued a notice announcing that draft regulations have been lodged that set out how former Prior Year Basis taxpayers could pay their 2019 tax bill, which was frozen as part of changes approved in 2020 to move all Prior Year Basis taxpayers to Current Year Basis.
