New 2026 Tax Reform Bill Submitted in Colombian Congress

The Colombian Ministry of Finance submitted a new 2026 Tax Reform Bill to the Colombian Congress on 20 July 2026. An earlier reform bill for 2026 was rejected at the end of 2025. Although titled the 2026 Tax Reform Bill, most of the measures are proposed to apply from 2027. The main proposed measures of the bill include the following:
