Planned Polish Tax Reforms for 2027 Include Personal and Corporate Income Tax Changes

Poland's Ministry of Finance has announced planned tax reforms for 2027. This includes the following personal income tax bracket/rate changes:

• The first tax bracket will be raised to PLN 130,000 PLN;
• A new 24% rate will apply to income between PNL 130,000 and PLN 150,000; and
• The current 32% rate will apply to income exceeding PLN 150,000.
