Poland Ratifies Pending Social Security Agreement with Japan

On 9 October 2026, Polish President Karol Nawrocki signed the law for the ratification of the pending social security agreement with Japan. The agreement, signed 15 April 2026, is the first of its kind between the two countries and will enter into force on the first day of the third month after the ratification instruments are exchanged.
