Poland Reintroduces Temporary 8% VAT Rate on Motor Fuels

Poland has published the Regulation of the Minister of Finance and Economy of 13 August 2026 amending the regulation on reduced VAT rates. The Regulation reintroduces a temporary reduction in the VAT rate on certain motor fuels from the standard rate of 23% to 8% for the period from 17 August to 31 August 2026.
