Polish Council of Ministers Adopts Tax Reform Package for 2027

According to a release from Poland's Ministry of Finance, the Council of Ministers has adopted the tax reform package for 2027. This includes the following main measures:

• The personal income tax brackets/rates will be changed:
  • the first tax bracket will be raised to PLN 130,000 PLN;
  • a new 24% rate will apply to income between PNL 130,000 and PLN 150,000; and
  • the current 32% rate will apply to income exceeding PLN 150,000;
