Polish Ministry of Finance Confirms Second Stage of Mandatory Use of KSeF e-Invoicing System from 1 April 2026

Poland's Ministry of Finance has issued a release on the second stage of the mandatory use of the National e-Invoicing System (Krajowy System e-Faktur - KSeF). In the first stage, the use of the KSeF was made mandatory from 1 February 2026 for large taxpayers with sales exceeding PLN 200 million in 2024.
