According to the amendment, taxpayers are expected to issue invoices in an XML format (FA_VAT) together with the ability to exchange and receive return messages from KSeF via API communication. Once the invoice is validated, an identifying number (UUID) will be assigned to each invoice, marking KSeF approval.
