The Turkish Revenue Administration has announced the publication of Presidential Decision No. 10767 in the Official Gazette, which reduces the digital services tax (DST) rate in phases. Effective 1 January 2026, the DST rate is reduced from 7.5% to 5.0%, and from 1 January 2027, the rate is reduced to 2.5%.
