UAE Ministry of Finance Issues Ministerial Decisions to Implement Electronic Invoicing System

The UAE Ministry of Finance has announced the issuance of two Ministerial Decisions to implement a nationwide electronic invoicing (e-invoicing) system, including:

• Ministerial Decision No. 243 of 2025 on the Electronic Invoicing System; and
• Ministerial Decision No. 244 of 2025 on the Implementation of the Electronic Invoicing System.
