UAE Shifting Services for Issuance of Tax Certificates from the Ministry of Finance to the Federal Tax Authority

The United Arab Emirates Ministry of Finance has issued a notice that the services for issuing tax certificates will be shifted from the Ministry to the Federal Tax Authority (FTA). This includes the Certificate of Status of Business / Business Person and the Tax Domicile Certificate.
