USTR Initiates Second Four-Year Review of China's Acts, Policies, and Practices Related to Technology Transfer, Intellectual Property, and Innovation

The United States Trade Representative has issued a notice on the initiation of the second four-year review of the tariff actions in the Section 301 investigation of China's acts, policies, and practices related to technology transfer, intellectual property, and innovation, which was published in the Federal Register on 6 May 2026.
