- Initial capital must be deposited directly with a bank or through a public notary
- Bylaws of the company must be notarized and an affidavit certifying no criminal history must be signed
- Legal stamps must be purchased from the representative of the tax administrator at the one-stop-shop, the stamps are for:
- Tax application
- Commercial Court application
- Statistical Office application
- All company documents and forms must be submitted at the one-stop shop for company registration
