The Australian Taxation Office (ATO) has issued a notice clarifying the permanent extension of the AUD 20,000 instant asset write-off. As previously reported, the instant asset write-off was permanently extended as part of the Treasury Laws Amendment (Tax Reform No. 2) Act 2026.
