The Australian Taxation Office (ATO) has issued a notice regarding the publication of corporate tax transparency data, including that the tax information for the income year 2021–22 is expected to be published in early November 2023. Companies meeting the reporting thresholds will be contacted by the ATO in September and given the option to correct any errors in the tax information to be published.
