ATO Publishes New and Updated Guidance on Public CbC Reporting

On 9 June 2026, the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) published new guidance on Public country-by-country (CBC) reporting. Australia's public CbC reporting requirements apply for reporting periods beginning on or after 1 July 2024, with reports due within 12 months from the end of the reporting period.
