The Australian Taxation Office (ATO) has announced the recent publication of updated guidance on Global Anti-Base Erosion (GloBE) joint ventures, including instructions for completing the Combined global and domestic minimum tax return (CGDMTR). The expanded guidance is meant to help relevant in-scope multinational enterprise groups understand and meet their Pillar Two obligations.
